How do you calculate the baseline?

For your revenue baseline, we measure your trailing 3-months each month. For lead conversion rate, we establish your trailing 12-month average lead conversion rate at the start of our engagement. Anything above those averages are considers new and will be the only numbers we will be compensated based off of.

Do I have to spend more money on ads for this to work?

No. In fact, the ent purpose of The Boardroom is to increase revenue WITHOUT increasing ad spend. We extract revenue from the leads you’re already paying for.

What’s the costs and how does payments work?

There are three parts to The Boardroom investment, and each one is designed to make this the safest, highest-ROI growth partnership you’ll ever enter.

1. The Set-Up Fee (One-Time): $3,000 - $30,000+

Your set-up fee is based on our current revenue tier. The set-up fee covers the entire diagnostic + rebuild of your conversion infrastructure.

Due: Upon enrollment.

2. Monthly Fee (Only pay if conversion increase by at least 5% more): $3,000 - $15,000+

Your monthly fee is based on your revenue tier. If we don’t improv by your monthly performance, the monthly fee does NOT activate. This ensures your risk is minimal and our incentives are perfectly aligned.

Due: On the first of the following month ONLY if conversion improved by at least 5%.

3. Performance Bonus (You only pay from NEW revenue we generate)

You only pay bonuses from new revenue, never from your existing income.

- If we increase conversions by 7%, you pay 10% of revenue above your current baseline.

- If we increase conversions by 15%, you pay 15% of revenue above your current baseline
